Swift Home Keepers are not responsible for the checking or maintenance of fire blankets, fire extinguishers or smoke detectors.
The client may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit by giving 24 hours advance notice. If notice is not given within that time the visit will still be charged for.
Swift Home Keepers reserve the right to suspend the cleaning service if any payments are outstanding.
The client shall provide Swift Home Keepers with a written clean specification detailing all cleaning/laundry requirements.
On the grounds of health and safety Swift Home Keepers shall not be required to clean vomit, blood or other bodily excretions. However a special price to do this if the cleaner is willing can be requested.
Swift Home Keepers will clean ovens but will not dismantle or tamper with any oven apparatus.
It is the clients responsibility to remove any valuables out of sight before the clean. Swift Home Keepers will not be responsible for the clients failure to remove their valuables.
In the unlikely event that you wish to stop Swift Home Keepers services, the notice period is one week. The client should state on what date the last clean should be.
Swift Home Keepers reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice.
Please be aware if you are outside a 10 mile radius of Canterbury there will be an extra travel charge.
